This page sets out what Huu Nghi 3 Restaurant collects about you on huunghi3.vn, what we use it for, who receives it, how long we keep it — and what rights you have over it.

We wrote this page from what the website actually does. Nothing here describes something we do not do.

1. What we collect

What you type in yourself

There are four places on the website where you can send us your details: the booking form, the quick enquiry form on the home page, the form on the contact page, and the form on the outdoor wedding page. Depending on the form, we receive:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address — booking form only, and only if you fill it in
  • Details about the event: type of event, expected date, number of tables, the venue you are interested in, and any note you add

Only your name and phone number are required. Anything you leave blank still submits — and we do not receive the fields you left blank.

What is generated automatically

  • Your IP address — used for exactly two things: confirming the sender is a person and not a machine, and blocking abuse (at most 5 submissions per hour from the same phone number and IP address).
  • Measurement data — which pages were viewed, which contact button was clicked, and how you arrived at the website (Google search, an advertisement, or typing the address directly).

2. What we use it for

  • Getting back to you with advice and a quote — this is the main reason.
  • Blocking spam and automated submissions.
  • Knowing whether the website and our advertising work, so the budget goes to the right place.

We do not use your details for bulk marketing mail, and we do not sell or trade them to anyone.

3. Who receives it

The website does not store your details in a database of its own. They travel straight to the restaurant, through exactly these three technical parties:

  • Cloudflare — hosts the website and the intermediate server that forwards the forms. It receives the form contents as they pass through, and your IP address for its anti-bot service (Turnstile). Cloudflare may also set strictly necessary technical cookies to block automated attacks.
  • Google — receives two entirely separate streams:
    • Gmail delivers the email containing your form details to the restaurant's inbox.
    • Google Analytics and Google Ads receive measurement data. That stream contains no name, no phone number, no email address and none of the text you typed — only the name of the action (for example “booking form submitted”, “call button clicked”) and an internal score telling the restaurant which actions matter more.
  • Telegram — receives a short notice in the restaurant's staff group, so someone knows you have been in touch straight away.

These three process data on our behalf and on our instructions. Their servers are outside Vietnam, so your details do cross borders. Beyond these three, nobody else receives them.

4. How long we keep it

  • The anti-spam marker (your IP address combined with your phone number): deleted automatically after 1 hour.
  • Emails and notices containing your details: kept in the restaurant's inbox and staff group for as long as they are needed to advise you. Ask us to delete them and we will.
  • Measurement data in Google Analytics and Google Ads: according to Google's retention periods.

5. Cookies and browser storage

  • The website's own cookie: exactly one, called theme, which only remembers whether you chose the light or dark appearance. It lasts a year and never leaves your device.
  • Google's cookies for measurement: _ga (Google Analytics) and _gcl_au (Google Ads).
  • A few small markers in session storage, so a single action is not counted twice. They disappear when you close the browser tab and never leave your device.

If you would rather not be measured: block cookies in your browser settings, or use an ad blocker. The measurement layer goes quiet and the website keeps working normally — nothing is locked, and every form still sends.

6. Your rights

Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP of Vietnam on personal data protection, you have the right to:

  • Know how your data is being processed — this page.
  • Give consent, and withdraw it at any time.
  • View, correct, or ask us for a copy of your data.
  • Ask us to delete your data.
  • Ask us to restrict processing, or object to it.
  • Complain, denounce, or bring legal action as provided by law.

To exercise any of these, call +84 903 948 773 or write to lienhe@huunghi3.vn. We reply within 72 hours.

7. Children

Our service is intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If you know a child has sent us details through the website, please tell us so we can delete them.

8. When this policy changes

We update this page whenever the way we collect or use data changes, and the date at the top always says when.
